Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Washington Township
Construction has started on this project, which includes 111 guest rooms, four stories, an indoor pool and spa, meeting space, and a business center.
This hotel plans to be the first “Eco-Friendly” hotel in the region. Energy efficiency and green building design are major components of the project. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) will be used for the building envelope, conserving energy. A solar hot water system, a heating and cooling system using an energy recovery wheel, and an energy management system are examples of green building innovation incorporated in the design. Through HiFive’s “Green Advantage,” the owners plan to save energy use and cost more than 10%.
