Holiday Inn Express - Greeneville, OH
This Holiday Inn Express, completed in 2001, represented a departure from the proto-type. Its "arts & crafts" motif arose from the owner's desire to, "do something a little different." HiFive worked closely with I.H.G to implement the design changes as requested.
The resulting 68 room hotel has been recognized for its unique design, and has surpassed the owner's expectations for RevPAR.
